Lastenia Narváez Alarcon, is a Registered Canadian Naturopathic Doctor, since 2003.
In the naturopath journey she studied Natural Medicine as post-graduate studies in Cuba and Venezuela. She finished the formation in Naturopath in 2000.
In 1991 Lastenia  started her studies in Traditional Medicine , in the Nei Jing school ,which has about seventeen  schools around the world, with the main school in Spain, In this school, she learn Acupuncture, Qi gong and Traditional massage. She finished in 1994, and practiced Traditional medicine teacher for eight years.
In 1990, she studied Classic Homeopathy.
In 1985 she finished her studies as Physician and has been Medical Doctor, since this time. 

  She now lives in Calgary with her family, and Lastenia Narváez is fulfilling her mission: work in the human health, health as physical, emotional and spiritual harmony.
